About Me
Hi, I’m Marcelo — the tinkerer, creator, and one-man crew behind One Man’s Workshop.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how things work. I was the kid who took apart toys just to see what was inside (and most of the time, I even managed to put them back together). That early curiosity grew into a love of computers, tools, and eventually the wide world of digital fabrication.
Over the years, my workshop has transformed from a simple collection of hand tools to a full creative space filled with everything from a drill press, table saw, and bandsaw to CNC machines, diode and fiber lasers, and 3D printers. If it can be built, shaped, engraved, cut, carved, or printed — I want to try it.
What started as a hobby turned into a way to make personalized pieces for family and friends, and now I’m taking the next step: exploring whether I can turn this passion into a real business. I created One Man’s Workshop (OMWS) as a place to showcase my work, share what I’ve learned, and create custom items for anyone who appreciates craftsmanship with a personal touch. I’ve even taken the plunge by joining a local craft market to see where this journey leads.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I’m excited to keep creating, experimenting, and building — and maybe make something special for you along the way.
